Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers nice rooms with a great view of the old city but they need renovation. The lighting options are good for setting the right mood or for special occasions like Shabbat. The service provided is extremely friendly and helpful, with staff going out of their way to assist guests. The hotel's location is central with plenty of shops and dining options, although it is housed in an office building that may not be the fanciest choice. The dining experience is delightful with a variety of choices, and the facilities are well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location was amazing, close to the old city center and within walking distance of the Jaffa gate entrance to the Old city. However, the rooms were in dire need of renovation or better upkeep. The service was exceptional, with staff always willing to help out. The dining experience was lovely, especially the Israeli hotel breakfasts. The facilities were pretty decent overall.
Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for my family of 2 adults and 3 children. The views from our room were simply beautiful. The service was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, especially when my flight plans took an unexpected turn. The location couldn't have been more ideal, just a short walk from the Old City and the vibrant Machane Yehuda market. However, the dining experience fell short with overpriced and bland options. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
